On behalf of my family and I, I would like to thank you for the way you told the story of my dad's life and the way you conducted the service. For someone who never knew him you captured his spirit, his laughter and his love for our family superbly. You helped us to give him the send off he deserved and you enabled everyone at the service to take away happy thoughts and memories of Bill, everyone has said how wonderful and uplifting the service was and for that we are very grateful

Thank you so much for the kindness and respect you showed to my mum on Tuesday. The life celebration was very moving and loving. You made an impossible day bearable. Many many thanks from us all.
