This is K***** here, I just wanted to thank you personally for the wonderful service you did for my dad. You did everything perfectly and it couldn't have gone more to plan. The eulogy was amazing and everything you said about my dad was amazing, even some little bits made me smile. I cannot thank you enough for everything you did at the service. My dad would have loved it. Thank you so much (again)

I wanted to thank you for the lovely service that you conducted for my Mum. Everybody commented on how lovely it was and what a fitting tribute it was to her memory. Dad and I do not remember much about the service so it was nice to be able to take the time to read it through ourselves in the copies that you gave us.
