I just wanted to send you this short email to thank you so so much, on behalf of my family, for the truly beautiful service you conducted today for our dear Mum.
It was also one of the most personal we have ever attended which was exactly what we wanted. We very much appreciated the personalised ceremony folder you gave each of us at the end of the service and for the care and attention to detail that you have given to every aspect of our Mum's funeral

We just wanted to say thank you so much for yesterday and the lovely service. You did it so well and read the eulogy as if you had known Val and experienced the events first hand.
The day couldn't have gone better and the attendance was overwhelming
